All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Multiple Shipments

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Delivery Refusals

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any return shipping fees or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
